His experience and education to date make him ideally suited for the role of mentor and coach to individuals or teams looking to start a new business. With an early career in management and sales, in the Telecommunications and Computer industries followed by ten years of starting and growing a recruitment business he is able to bring this experience and his skills in strategy, business planning and personal development to the mentoring relationship.
In terms of relevant education and qualifications Vincent embarked on a course of personal development and further studies in his mid thirties, and hasn’t stopped since. He has now gained a second degree in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, certificates in Counselling and Career Counselling, and more recently been awarded practitioner status as an Executive Coach. He is also qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric assessments.
Vincent is currently Director of an established Executive Search firm and is building a new Business Psychology Consultancy dedicated to the personal development of entrepreneurs.
